Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. As such, we offer the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to your scheduled booking date, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your scheduled booking date, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you can reschedule, and we will apply your payment to another date (subject to availability). Please note that bespoke food orders are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. Consultation fees are non-refundable in all instances. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy and agree to its Terms.
